At CraftAlive we care about your health and safety. We have developed a COVIDSafe Event Plan for each state and territory in which we operate, to maximise the safety of everyone at our events.

A COVIDSafe Event Plan is a unique and comprehensive plan specific to the event and venue. The plan sets out how activities will be managed to reduce the risk of transmission of coronavirus (COVID-19) between participants, attendees and workers.

All COVIDSafe Event Plans must incorporate controls to mitigate the risk of coronavirus (COVID-19) transmission before, during and after the event. Consideration have been given to the following:
- Event administration and planning
All COVIDSafe restrictions and procedures in place at the time of the event have been researched and applied. Relevant and specific information will be shared publicity here and through multiple additional channels including eg online tickets, social media and e-newsletters.
- Attendee management
Social distancing at 1.5m messages and requirements will be circulated prior to each event by e-newsletter, social media and online tickets. All events will have clear signage on arrival, at entry and throughout the venue to remind patrons to ensure physical distancing. Participants, attendees and workers will be monitored with screening for symptoms procedures in place eg thermometers if required.
- Cleaning and hygiene
Regular and thorough cleaning schedule of doors, surfaces and bathrooms in place at each event. In addition to hand sanitiser facilities and stations at entry and throughout the venue.
Important information for attendees
If you are feeling unwell, please stay at home. We’d love to see you but if you are showing symptoms, recently returned from a zed zone or have been advised to isolate please stay home.
Tickets exchanges/refunds are available if you are unable to attend due to restrictions or isolation requirements.
The fastest and safest way to enter the event is to pre-purchase your ticket online, bring it with you printed or on your device. In addition to the event ticket, all attendees are required to scan the Service QR Code at the venue entry. Please note each state and territory have their own app eg Service NSW, Check in CBR. We recommend downloading the app prior to the event for faster entry.
Undertake good hand hygiene. Please make use of the hand sanitiser available at the event. Remember to cough or sneeze into your elbow.
Practice good physical distancing. Where practical, please be mindful and keep your distance when queuing and moving through the event.
We are closely following all relevant guidelines and will continue to update our procedures as required.
