Catering
Breakfast – A continental breakfast on Saturday & Sunday morning
Morning & Afternoon Tea on Saturday & Morning Tea on Sunday
Lunch – Hot Lunch on Saturday & Sunday
Dinner – Friday & Saturday
Special dietary requirements can be catered for.
Workshops
Workshop of your choice running from 9am to 5.30pm Saturday & 9am to 1pm to Sunday.
Full cost of workshop will be covered in package price. Please note some workshops require you to supply additional materials and or equipment please refer to workshop details.
Retailing
Stands will be set up throughout the weekend for you to purchase necessary supplies & additional supplies for your future projects if you wish. Guest Retailer will be Mulberry Lane who specialise in patchwork & quilting supplies.
Cost
Total Package including accommodation $789.00 per person- early bird rate.
Late booking $869.00 per person
Package without accommodation $589.00 per person- early bird rate.(Please note this package includes morning & afternoon tea & Lunch)
Late booking $669.00
Early bird rate if paid in full by 22nd April 2008
Application Details & Payment terms
Complete application form & send with full payment or 50% deposit. Application forms may be posted, faxed or emailed to Craftalive. Payments by cheque, postal note, direct deposit or credit card will be accepted. On receipt of your deposit & application you will receive confirmation of place for weekend, receipt & full details of program. Reminder invoices for balance will be sent to those who choose to pay50% deposit method. You will also be contacted by your tutor closer to the workshop weekend. Early application is advised as enrolments are limited.
If paying by direct deposit please add your surname & workshop so we can identify your payment & Please note to obtain early bird rate full payment must be received 22nd April 2008

Cancellation Policy
All Cancellations must be in writing. Full refund will be given less $100 administration & booking fee as long as your place in the class is filled. If we are unable to fill your place 50% refund will be given. If for any unforseen circumstances your booked class cannot go ahead as planned full refund will be given.

Saturday
Breakfast 7.30am – 8.30am served in Café Cocos
Workshops commence 9am in conference centre
Morning Tea 11am – 11.20am- served in Sails Room
Workshops recommence 11.25am
Lunch 1pm- 2pm served in Sails Room
Workshops recommence 2pm
Afternoon Tea – 4pm – 4.20pm served in Sails Room
Workshops recommence at 4.25pm
Workshops finish 5.30pm
7pm – Dinner served in Sails Room & Presentation by Pamela Gurney – “Teaching Embroidery in Cambodia”
Sunday
Breakfast 7.30am – 8.30am served in Café Cocos
Workshops commence 9am in conference centre
Morning Tea 11am – 11.20am- served in Saies Room
Workshops recommence 11.25am
Lunch 1pm- Served in Sails Room, Farewell & Group Sharing Presentation
