Advertising
We guarantee professional and productive advertising for each show. All shows will feature extensive and informative media campaigns, including the use of radio, press and television advertising, national magazines, direct mail, press releases, outdoor advertising and flyers.

Promotional Giveaways
If exhibitors wish to giveaway promotional material (e.g. balloons, show bags) or run competitions from their stands they must have prior approval from the organizers.

Exhibitors Stands
Your exhibition stand has a back wall and also side walls extending out 2 metres deep. Exhibitors may occupy their full-allocated floor space as per plan. Note all perimeter walls have curtain back walls only (not solid panels) but do have regular solid side panels.

All exhibitions must decorate or cover all uncovered panels within their allocated space. This will not only improve the general appearance of the show, but will give each exhibitor the distinct advantage of standing out from the crowd. All stands and tables must be covered to floor level (this will be enforced). Trestle tables and other display equipment are available for hire, please complete the application form.

At the close of each show, panels must have all fasteners, nails, pins etc. removed. Any panel left with fastenings still attached, or any panel damage will be charged a cleaning or repair fee up to $150 per panel face.

It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to keep their stand clean during the exhibition and to clear all rubbish from their allocated space after move out. (this will be enforced). Those exhibitors who do not remove staples, screws, nails etc from panels and remove all rubbish from their site will be charged a bond at all future Craftalive shows.

To avoid damage that has been caused to panels strict guidelines have been imposed.  Fasteners to be used are Velcro, picture hooks, thumbtacks, staples and wall brackets.  Please check before attaching anything to walls.
